Q: How does the process work?
A: Once you submit an order for a rendering we reply to you with cost, time frame, and how to pay. Once you have paid you will be placed in line with current orders. Once we finish your order we will
email you a proof for you to approve/make changes to. We then make any changes and show you another proof and if your happy we print and ship your order.

Q: Do you take rendering orders over the phone?
A: Short answer is no, there are many details we need to know about a rendering, we will not take
an order for a rendering over the phone. Your welcome to call us and ask questions about how the
process works or anything you want, but you will still be directed to our order form on our site to
order. This ensures I don't take down info incorrectly or leave off info. The form ensures that your
order details are correct. The form requires no skill to fill out, its cut and dry questions and can be completed in probably less than 2-3 minutes. On any one given day we may be dealing with around
10 renderings, so to make it easier for us and to make sure we get your order right is the reason for
the order form.

Q: Do I have to have web access to get a rendering?
A: Yes, or know someone that does, we email a proof for you to approve before printing, so you will
have to be able to see that before we print and mail your rendering.

Q: I have a rendering Graphic Disorder has done for me, I have changed my mind on
wheels, can you change them in the rendering?

A: Yes, but this doesn't mean every week when you have changed your mind for your wheels that
we will change your rendering. In other words this isn't to be abused but it is something we will do
free for the customer up to a few times. But we will not print another print for free, those are offered
for $15 each.

Q: What are 'views'?
A: These are simply the number of angles of the vehicle you want on the rendering. If you wanted a 1 view rendering you will get a front 3/4 view. If you wanted a 2 view rendering you will get a front 3/4 and a rear 3/4 and so on. Images we use determine the final angle but its typically a 3/4 shot front/rear. On a 3 view we throw in a side shot. We don't normally do more than a 3 view rendering as its not showing anything you cant see in the other 2-3 views.

Q: Will a rendering get me free parts?
A: Depends, a lot of our customers submit the rendering they get from us and have received anything from a set of valves to wheels, all the way up to free trucks/cars. This does not mean you will have the same results. But 90% of companies will want at the very least a rendering to see where your going with the vehicle.
