Q: How do I know what category my site is in?
A: Personal site is just that. A small personal site for yourself, weather you want a blog setup, a
small gallery of your personal photos, etc. A business site is a site for your business. Whether it
be a car wash or a custom shop. It will showcase your work, along with information about your company. Ecommerce means you are going to sell products and accept payment through your site. There are two forms of that.

Q: What is the difference between Paypal and Credit Card acceptance?
A: If you choose to just have a paypal cart, your customers will need to sign up for a free paypal
account in order to send you payments (if they are not already singed up as a member). Credit
card acceptance will allow anyone with a credit card to directly enter their card # onto your site to submit payment that way.

Q: What all do I need in order to accept credit cards, and how much more will that cost?
A: Merchant Account (roughly $20/mo plus a per transaction fee), SSL Certificate (generally $50-100/yearly), Shopping Cart software (Free-$300/yearly), Upgraded webhosting ($30-45/monthly)

Q: Are you going to keep the site updated once you finish it?
A: Yes, included in your website cost, are updates for 4 months after the site is put live on the web. After that, there will be a small monthly fee calculated by looking at the previous amount of updates
per month.

Q: I need to change some pictures or text on the site, what do I do?
A: Just send me that info in an email and we will usually get to it within 4-7 days unless it is an urgent change.

Q: Do you guys offer webhosting and domains?
A: No, but we will direct you toward the most reliable and affordable host, which we’ve found. www.dreamhost.com offers great customer service and is very affordable—most sites will need to sign up for the $9.99/mo plan.

Q: So how do we get started?
A: Fill out the web order form, and I will reply with more information and a quote. We require full payment up front for all web work. After you have paid, we will place you in line. Wait time varries all the time with web sites, anywhere from 2-4 weeks is normal. Typically we start with showing you a proof of the site, then you can have us make changes to it. Once approved, we will begin compiling the site. Site will be uploaded to a ‘demo’ server for you to approve final function. Once everything is approved, I will upload the site to your server. From there your allowed updates for 4 months, after that time we will discuss costs for us to continue to maintain it for additional time.

Q: I am having a Web Site done by Graphic Disorder, and its taking longer than I was originally quoted?
A: We quote out a time frame based on the customer presenting us with all information for the web site pervious to starting the web site. If a customer is being slow about getting us information then this will directly effect how fast we can finish your site. If we have to deal with your web host or some past web designer or similar taking to much time then this will also effect the progress of your web site.

Q: What can I do as a customer to make sure my site is finished as fast as possible?
A: Provide us with all images, ftp information, user names/passwords to your web host for installing forums/databases/ect, information to go on the site including contact info/addresses/phone numbers/product info/descriptions/ect. We can not read minds and we may not always know everything about your particular product so the more info you give us the better.
