So we are at the airport in Baltimore leaving in a bit for sunny Florida. This is our first vacation in 6 years. Going to Ft. Walton area fir 1 week. We will post pics throughout!

Well we are back from ///RA show.  What a trip, 1019 miles each way pulling a 2 car open trailer with a S10 and Accord on it.  Everything went well, the Durmax pulled like a champ, the head rest TV’s that were added the week before helped save the trip and relax everyone.  Good times at the event, met a bunch of people ive never met, and reconnected with some I had before.  ///RA put on a great show, Biel Street was bangin, I was into my 100oz Hurricane. 

Back to work though, everything is still hitting on all cylinders around here, we are printing multiple orders every day, and doing many hats daily.  Thanks to everyone for the support.  Our business is growing, the more we grow the more you can expect from us, as you know we are one of the few companies out there that will really re-invest all the time to improve what we can offer.  Look for more changes in the coming year.  Got some good stuff lined up.

We will be out of the office from Wed the 27th, thru Mon 1st at the RA All Star Event in Memphis, TN.  All work taken on now, will be moved to after we return.  We apologize for any inconveinence this may cause you.  On the other hand, if you’ll be there, come up and give us a hello!

Wow so with the amount of shirts and hats going in and out of here we are changing our name to Holy Shirts and Hats…. Ok, no seriously, wow it has been nuts around here and we can’t thank everyone enough for the support.

So wow I barely have free time as a lot of you know. Sometimes I’d like to own noobs on the xbox, naturally as if almost on purpose my xbox will let me play 10 minutes then go into “can not read disc” or other times it will just drop connection. I hate it basically and I hope it explodes.

Thanks to the Apple iPhones, and the WordPress team creating an App for them to update your blog on the fly, we will now be able to blog from anywhere!  Even take pictures from the phone and upload it directly to here for you guys to see and read! 

Look for updates from the dinner table, before bed, or even out on the road while the news is happening!  Just one more cool feature to keep you guys in touch with us.

Man, what day is it again?  So this place is a mad house.  Walking around this place you could find orders from some of the best known shops all the way down to the club with 5 guys in it, and this stuff is laying everywhere and all the time.  We think its great, we feel very lucky to be able to produce design/clothing/print at such a high level that so many of you are ordering.  We want to take a minute and thank all of you for  your business.  With out you guys we would not  be in business, with out you guys we would probably be working for a few ass hats doing something that we hate.  So heres to you guys, and to help show how much you guys mean to us we are going to keep offering different types of sales that should help you look good while saving money.  Our new additions to the company (better screen print press/multi-head embroidery machine) have helped to seriously increase our output here.  For example we used to only sell  several dozen hats a month, today I did just shy of a gross of hats.  HOLY COW….   Screen printing we used to struggle with a hundred shirts in a day.  Today we ran 66 2 color shirts in 25 minutes, maybe a hour total with set up time.   So rest assured, we are able to handle your complete clothing needs. 

 Bottom line though, we want to thank everyone of our customers/friends/family, so thanks again!  Oh and does anyone want to help me go pick up 1,500 shirts for a order tomorrow that I have to print over the weekend? 

So it is here, the new embroidery machine came last week.  It is a beast, thanks to all of our friends for coming and helping us move it in, it was 800lbs down a flight of stairs.  Anyway, the machine is great, it is already proving it’s worth and we have done over 100 hats on it.  Stay tuned for specials and such, this machine will help us produce the quality of products at the pace you have come to demand from Graphic Disorder!

The embroidery machine has been maxxed out for a while now, so today, we’ve purchased another machine.  This time 15-color, dual head machine.  This puts us with a total of three heads, capable of THREE times faster production for me, and THREE times faster that your order will ship, for you!  Shouldn’t be too much of a learning curve over the other one, so I’d imagine we will be up and running as soon as we take delivery within 10-14 business days.  Check our websites and be on the lookout for more embroidery sales, faster turnaround times, and overall cheaper pricing.
