We are finally fully up and running in our new location in COLD Johnson City, TN.  Our move was nothing short of WOW.  We must have been the dumbest people on this planet at the time, we moved the day after the large white out all over the East and North East.  We pulled trailers through snow for 600 miles to reach our new location.  It went pretty well considering the conditions, however we did just about lose a embroidery machine out the side of the trailer.  It was interesting to say the least.  We made it though.

Our new location is great, we have 8,000 sqft of total space now, we have 6,300 sqft of warehouse/production space and 1,700 sqft of office space.  We finally for the first time have the room to grown like we need to.  The sky is the limit now.  Many dont know but we had been busting at the seams for a couple years now.  We were in a 2,200 sqft basement.  It did the trick but it was not near enough room for us.  Now we have the oppisite problem, haha.  Look for us to not only add more machines, products, services, but to become even more competitive as we grow!

Been awhile!  Well things are still growing very fast here and we have been fighting with enough room to produce our products for some time now.  The time has come, we have signed papers on a building in Johnson City, TN.  We will be relocating on December 21st - December 27th.  We will make our best efforts to handle any emails during this time but we may also be unreachable during this move.  But  its for the better, this will help us produce product even faster and allow us the room to grown even faster and larger.

The building is a 8,000sqft with 1700sqft of office and 6300sqft of ware house/manufacturing area.  We will for the first time have the room we need to grow.  By know you guys realize we buy a lot of machines, expect this pace to pick up even more now that we have the room!

Thanks to everyone for the support over the years, this is because of you and for you!

We just picked up our new Metal Halide Exposure Unit.  This new unit will speed up set up process drastically.  Screens used to take 20-23 Minutes to burn, we can do it in 1 minute now with the new exposure unit.  This will save us hours a day.  This should help speed up jobs even more.  This unit also does half tones and process color burning much more accurate than  it can be done with normal exposure units.  So look for more of that from us coming soon.

We are constantly investing in better/faster equipment to make things better for our customers.  We thank you for the support!

Graphic Disorder will be on Vacation from end of busines 9/17-9/27.  Please understand email will not be handled durring this time and we may be completely unreachable.

We have begun the process of looking to build or buy a building.  We have outgrown our current space (2200sqft) and are busting at the seams so to speak.  We are currently thinking at least a 5,000sqft building will be good to start with.  We will likely move to TN area when we do this as well.  In addition to that we have been stupid busy making clothing.  Our next step once we secure a building is to goto Automatic Screen Press.  This will up our output from around 1000 pecies a day to 1400 pecies per hour.  This should drastically speed up orders.  I hope the process goes smooth and we can get the ball rolling on it all very soon.  Its a big expense to do all of this, but we feel it will be a huge positive step, and as you know we have always and will always look for ways to increase speed and make products more affordable for our clients.  Look for more info as time goes on.

In effort to feel normal a little bit and get out of the house once and awhile as well as me to loose some weight we picked up some new bikes. Looking to make it a regular thing! Wish me/us luck. Shelly picked up a Trek 3700 and I ended up with a Trek 4300. I hope to make use of them!

First off, I want to say sorry we have not updated this recently!

We have been super covered up with work!  So thanks goes out to all of you for that.  I assume by now most of you have seen our new hat pricing since we have been getting even more orders every single day.  We have been wanting to do this for a long time but we had such a great response with our 30 hat pricing that we were not getting a lot of requests for smaller orders.  But now we have something for everyone from 10 hats to 100 hats, also for qtys more than that we can blow your mind with some unheard of pricing.  We are around half the price of many of our competitors from mom and pop shops all the way up to large corperations like Lid’s. Be sure if you get a quote from someone else to bring it to me, I will likely meet or beat it.  So ask yourself why we are not doing your embroidery?!?!?

Here is that ad we put out for this new pricing, so check it out.

So last month we decided, why not, let get it a go.  So we visited a Apple store and we purchased our first MacBook Pro.  So far I really dig it, its got some cool features that Windows dont.  But really its no faster, the thing that really does shine though is the Multi-Touch trackpad.  WOW.  You can browse so much faster with it than a PC based laptop.  So much aweome on that feature.  I already upgraded it to 4gb of ram.

I am not a switcher yet though so dont get excited Mac geeks.

Haha so as most of you know I was using a 40 inch 1080p Samsung and a 24 inch wide screen Dell as a secondary monitor.  Well that was great for a long while, but it was huge and I was actually losing screen space with it being only 1920×1080 in resolution.  So I decided to buy a new monitor and put the TV in our bed room since it was reallly a TV and not a monitor.  So I am not using a 30 inch Samsung 2560×1600 as a main monitor and the 24 inch dell is still my secondary for now.

Whoa, what a difference that much resolution makes.  I love it.  I can put 2 web browsers next to each other on one screen and see the whole web page on both.  I have to scroll less, I can put like 4 business cards on my screen at full size resolustion in photoshop and work with them all.  Epic.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking about it!

We’re going green, a little bit at a time.  We’ve switched all of our screenprinting chemicals to 100% biodegradable, soybean based products, and our aerosol adhesives (although CFC Free) have been replaced with a much healthier, non-aerosol, water based product.  Now we can breathe a little bit easier, and maybe the fishies will swim a little bit better in the ocean because of us.

Last week I attended a multi-day screenprinting course to brush up on my current skills and learn new skills to take our printing to the next level.  Because of this, look for some new product options available from us soon on screenprint and embroidery, as well as a step up on the quality of our prints.

We’d also like to thank our customers for keeping us on our toes!  The past couple months have been very busy for us, and we’re working 7 days a week, pretty much non stop to keep the fast turnaround times possible!
