What do I get?
Logo files are provided to you in the formats of JPG (several sizes, and color options), EPS and AI (vector, for use on vinyl/screenprint, or large format uses), PDF, and PSD. If you require a special format, please let us know beforehand so we can accommodate you. Logo files are zipped and uploaded to our server, where you will always have access to download them, or send the private download link to other individuals needing the files so they may pick the right one for their needs. Don't get caught up in the never ending loop of "who has my logo file, which one do they need, and how do i contact them, will they still have it?".

What is the purpose of each of these files that I will receive. I can't even open some of them.
You may not be able to view some of the files, as they will open with specific programs--but you will have them in case someone else needs that format in the future.
JPG: Several sizes, and color and black&white versions are included. From large full size, to super small to use as a forum avatar or web banner. Use these for anything from desktop wallpapers, to websites
EPS/AI: Is a vector image which means you can keep enlarging it and it never pixelates. These are generally used in screenprinting, printing stationary or custom promotional products, vinyl decals, or large banners.
PDF: Is a small file size, but can blow up pretty large. You can use this for print work for example.
PSD: Is a semi-layered file of your logo with the key elements merged together so if you have Adobe Photoshop, you may change the color if your text or other parts of your logo if you'd like. Also used to turn off background layer and produce a transparent full color image.
