RETURN POLICY
Our basic policy is No returns, No exchanges, No refunds.

Items Damaged in transit: If your item(s) were damaged in transit please contact us and we will discuss that. Obviously we didn't damage it, the shipping company did and we will work with you to get that resolved.

Clothing Fit: We are not a clothing manufacture, please know your size and what fits you, we simply print/embroider on whatever you order. We are not like JC Penney or another multimillion dollar stores that you can bring back items if they do not fit.

Design Work: Design Work is not refundable, none returnable, none exchangeable. Please review our gallery, this is the type of work you will receive. If you do not think our style fits what your looking for then please purchase elsewhere.

Flyers/Business Cards: Review proofs that we email you carefully, when you tell us to print that is what we print, errors or not. We make every effort not to miss a spelling error or any other errors. However this is the exact reason we send you a proof, be sure its correct before you tell us to print. We do not reprint for spelling/grammar errors/errors shown in proof. We only warranty that your print looks like what we sent you in your email. If there is a printing issue contact us, we will review the issue and if its a printing error we will make it right.

Screen Printing: Once in a blue moon we make a mistake and miss it (miss-print), contact us if so and we will make it right one way or another. Be sure you contact us right away as well, 6 months later you could have done anything the shirts. We cant be expected to warranty your shirt that fell apart while laying in tranny fluid under your truck for the last 4 years. Be reasonable and you will find we are too.

To qualify for you, in our 8 years of business we have had 1 charge back and had someone upset enough that we felt the need to give a refund 1 time. In the other few cases items were replaced. Again we are not unreasonable, however we do produce items at a high level and almost never have a complaint we cant solve.

PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal info we are given is only used to help process your payment, complete your order, or contact you regarding your order. While unlikely, your email address may be used to email you about an upcoming sales we may have.

However, your personal information is never handed out, used, or sold to any Third Party.

Our Shopping Cart uses SSL technology to encrypt all payment data to ensure personal info is never lost or stolen. Paying over a credit card with us is safer than paying over the phone, over paypal, and by check.
