Hats and Headwear
We carry brand’s like Flex Fit, Pacific Headwear, Richardson Cap, Otto, Sprotsman Cap, Valucap, Mega Cap, New Era and many others. Easiest way to price a job is to fill out a quote, email over your artwork and we will reply with any questions or a quote. If you would rather figure it out on your own no problem. Below is our general price chart for hat embroidery. This chart covers MOST hat types, however some hats are more expensive and some are cheaper. Pricing per Hat
We can do embroidery in various locations on a hat including; Center Front, offset to either front panel, either side or both, and rear. Additional embroidery locations will affect price,
Artwork must be provided. Vector EPS/AI/PDF or Layered 300dpi PSD at actual size in inches. If you need artwork we can help.
Mix and Match Hat colors/sizes/styles/thread colors as long as the logo is in the same location on all hats.
Up to 15 colors per hat is possible.
Standard production time is 5-10 business days from the time of payment. Full Payment is required up front. Estimate of production time is given at time of order.
Specialty Threads PMS Matching possible, Does add costs.
Price INCLUDES Shipping. (Lower 48).
